When the Buyer knows a Seller is receiving multiple offers, the Buyer has to do everything in their power to present the best offer. The Seller has the upper hand in today's market. Whether the Buyer elects to give the Seller the Right To Cure or not, there are still ways to ensure the Buyer is treated fairly.
