Most will remember 2020 as the year of COVID-19. But there were many other things of significance that occurred. A nation that seemingly became divisive, political unrest, incredible Wisconsin weather - so much more defined what 2020 became to be.
In real estate, 2020 was a significant year that found everything coming to a complete stall in what would be a very vibrant 2nd quarter of the year. Spring was normally a time of new listings, spring flowers and plants blooming. The plants still bloomed and the flowers still were there, but people immediately halted selling their homes. People didn't know what to do and how to proceed.
